The majority of the my recipes before November 2010 are not Primal, Paleo, grain-free, legume-free, dairy-free, unrefined sugar free.  Meanwhile, the majority after November 2010 are Paleo.  However, our family does not eat a strict Paleo diet, more like 75-25 (Paleo/not Paleo).
