Walnut Roasted Red Pepper Dip

It's five minutes before my oldest arrives on the bus, so here you go.  Straight forward dip for those who can eat nuts, but avoiding all other allergens.  I love it and so does everyone who tastes it.  Add more cumin, more acid from the lemon, or heat from the red pepper chili flakes.  Serve with cut up veggies and you're a rock star!
